At Twisted Fusionz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Our 100-Day Make-It-Right Guarantee allows you to request a return, exchange, or refund within 100 days of your purchase date.
Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on wholesale orders.

Returning Unopened Items
If your item is unopened and unused, you can return it within 100 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Excluded items: Perishable goods and select product types are not eligible for return.
Partial refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, at our discretion.
Opened Items
If you’ve opened your product and aren’t satisfied, you may still qualify for a replacement or store credit, as long as your request is submitted within 100 days of purchase. Full refunds are not available for opened items.
Force Majeure Clause
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for any products rendered unsellable due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, shipping disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 2–3 business days, though some banks may take up to 7 business days to post the credit.
